Critter Crates are our exclusive subscription boxes for chinchillas! Our New Cozy Critter Crates are made to ship faster and more budget friendly with the same high quality materials.

There are also Premium Luxe Critter Crates. These are the original ones we have had for years. There are 3 tiers to both so you can see what is best for your herd. Everything is chinchilla and degu safe!

You can cancel anytime. 

​Crates can include (depending on tier): dust, ledges, toys, treats, chews, emergency kit items, pins, stickers, hammocks, and accessory items.

Premium Luxe will ship within 3-7 business days after payment goes through.

They are free shipping to US customers in upper states (Alaska and Hawaii may have additional fees of $8-$10). I will reach out of there are additional charges in those states or you can contact me :)

Premium Tier 1-$45

Includes: 1/2 ChillDust, 1 8" hanging toys (designs random), 3 random treats (1/8 cup each), 1 mystery item (sticker, pin, baked good or ekit item), 10 chew sticks (apple or willow) or 5 hay cubes, and 8 toss toys (random chews)

Premium Tier 2-$60

1 pound ChillDust, 2 8" hanging toys (designs random), 4 random treats (1/8 cup each), 1 mystery item (sticker, pin, baked good or ekit item),15  chew sticks or 8 hay cubes, 10 toss toys (random chews) and 1 ledge (any size/design)

Premium Tier 3-$85

2 pounds ChillDust, 3 8" hanging toys (designs random), 5 random treats (1/8 cup each), 1 mystery item (sticker, pin, baked good or ekit item), 20 chew sticks or 12 hay cubes, 12 toss toys (random chews), 1 ledge (any size/design) and 1 random hat or specialty baked item (pie, pokemon cookies, dumbbells, loofah crisps etc)

Shop Policies

  • Please know all custom items are non returnable. This includes colored wheels, hayracks, bowls and ledges. Anything that has been powder coated or painted with food coloring is non returnable. Sales are final for those items.

  • Any wheels that have been tampered with, automatically voids any guarantee. We can only help if it has not been altered. Altering can damage the integrity of the wheel.

  • Cancellations must be made within 48 hours for any item. And on items that are eligible for return, buyers are responsible for all shipping fees incurred. This includes the shipping cost we incurred to originally send order to you. This will be deducted from item amount, even if it says free shipping. We still deduct shipping cost we incur. You then pay to get it back to us. Items must be returned within a week of arrival date and in new condition, if not any loss of value will be charged/deducted from return value.

  • If any items are damaged or lost in shipment, we do help you file a claim to get a refund or we can file the claim and send replacement.

  • All products have varying processing times so please take a look at individual listings or feel free to message us :) By shopping, you agree to wait processing times stated.
